Kids get some light exercise playing with different Gym equipment geared to increase their physical ability through fun play while they get used to learning, listening, and playing/working with others. Though they’ll surely spend most of their time beating up on coach!!
Our kids class focuses on the fundamentals of grappling and self-defense. Our classes are crafted in a way that provides structure and promotes self-confidence and self-awareness. Our kids will be faced with challenging situations and will learn to celebrate not only their own achievements but the achievements of others. Our promotions are earned through hard work, discipline, and character in addition to their advancement in martial arts competence.
This class is engineered to teach and reinforce the basic concepts and moves of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Here we will address the situational approaches and overall mindsets aimed to be applicable throughout grappling as well as discuss theory and mechanics needed to craft an individual grappling game.
In skills class we will learn and review specific step-by-step transitions, escapes and submissions. Ultimately linking many together into sequences built to keep practitioners knowledgeable, adaptive and in control. Skills class is taught in a manner fit for teammate to teammate, sport, and self-defense scenarios and will teach lesser known key points and nuanced adjustments.
This class is less about learning and more about developing movement patterns into muscle memory. Here we will move ourselves through transition, submission, and muscle developing drills aimed to make us more efficient grapplers and increase our combat cardio.
Our Combat Jiu Jitsu class is where light striking meets the art of jiu-jitsu and wrestling! This class is designed to test and refine your skills with minimal instruction, giving you the freedom to develop your striking and grappling in a live setting. Recommended gear includes 16oz boxing gloves, MMA sparring gloves, and optional headgear. Open to the same age groups as our Muay Thai classes, this is the perfect opportunity to take your training to the next level!

Our Muay Thai class is a striking-focused training session open to gray belts and above, as well as students aged 12 and up. While most gear is available at the gym, we recommend bringing your own 16oz boxing gloves and hand wraps for the best experience. Taught by Austin Horne, this class gives you the chance to learn from a skilled instructor!
Our Jiu Jitsu Drill Class combines structured and unstructured drilling to help you refine your game. Each session includes set drills covering key sequences, along with open time for you to focus on submissions, takedowns, sweeps, and any techniques you want to sharpen. This low-pressure, high-rep class is designed to build precision, improve muscle memory, and deepen your understanding of Jiu Jitsu. Drillers make killers—the more you put in, the sharper your game will get!
